I’ve been through many things owning this agency, and I don’t plan on failing because of mistakes. Yes, in my agency I have models that don’t come to meetings, don’t appreciate my support, and take me for a joke. When I first started my agency I didn’t think about the consequences, I just was ready to be successful without planning anything out. Then one of my good friends now, came along and turned J-18 around, and her name is Angel! When I first met her I didn’t no who she was until she spoke out and was ready to be a assistant manger for JMA. She wrote a amazing essay on why she should be given this job. I was star-strucked by her wonderful response! Today I have a almost successful agency, (lol) and me and Angel are working harder and harder each and everyday to make it better. Much love,
